「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast offers a lot of choices. Besides we found...

「This was one of the most wonderful stays we have ever experienced. The property was so lovely and beautiful, the owners really made the difference. They created an atmosphere that was so warm, welcoming, fun, relaxing and just beautiful. The property is stunning, restaurant near for food which was lovely, great pool and multiple seating areas outside. My favourite part had to be the kitchen doors opening to the patio with the most beautiful lighting and evening bar for the guests to enjoy and...

「Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. 「Really lovely apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the complex were breathtaking and the location was perfect to get to Florence, pisa and Siena. Room itself was somewhat basic but very charming and rustic. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks goes to the hosts who were fantastic, gave us a really useful guide to the local area which we made use of multiple times and couldn't do enough to help us. Finally the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious...

「Excellent location, genuine warmth and extreme generosity is what we found here. If you want a nice, safe, homely place to stay a few days, this is it. Very clean, the most comfortable bed we've slept in a month in Italy, and more breakfast pastries and snacks then we could ever eat. Fresh milk and juice also provided daily. Small kitchen perfect for preparing simple meals, and the restaurant downstairs has excellent homemade food and the nicest folks you'll meet. Thank you to Julia for...
