"We had a comfortable stay. Could have used a bigger clearer sign at entrance - but house was right there and as it was in the picture. Plenty of room to park multiple cars and plenty of space inside. We were a little concerned about no AC but temp went down to 65 at night and was quite comfortable. Cannot drink from the tap - this was a surprise (was it noted on listing?) but host provided bottled water so it was not an issue - just a surprise. We were disappointed that we did not meet the dogs!...

"I stayed here for a month and felt quite at home. Michael, the host checked in and was prompt on returning texts or phone calls. Its a bit cool in the evenings so bring a long sleeve shirt or two and/or sweatshirt. If you hang laundry to dry, i recommend bringing it inside if it clouds up ir it won't get dry. Very private. Hot showers. Lots of different kinds of birds. Geckos and Jackson Chameleons. Two markets, convenience store, and laundromat just down at the highway. Best drinking water is...

"Direction to site were poor. Should include map and key spots to look for before turns. Spell out south etc. Before towns .. after towns etc..."

"Overall the property was perfect for us. Located halfway between Hilo and Kona on South Point in a quiet community. It had a lot of amenities that we definitely took advantage of like beach chairs, boogie boards and the BBQ. The property manager was very responsive to all text messages. She never managed to get the TV or the WiFi working but that was not too inconvenient to our family, we took advantage of the board games provided."
