El personal en terminos generales fue amable y servicial. Las facilidades inmensas y con variado entretenimiento. Los restaurantes variados y la comida muy variada, fresca y sabrosa. Picina y playa buenisima; Imprecionante; uno de los mejores Hoteles 5 estrellas visitados. Referente a los cuartos o en este caso el 1207 encontre lo siguiente que deben mejorar . Necesita Sistema de aire con dehumidificador o extractor de humedad, cuarto retiene mucha humedad con facilidad que incluso humedece la ropa colchas y muebles . Las facilidades de baño necesitan remodelación. Aunque en términos generales continúa siendo buenísimo. Para mi 4.7 de 5. Muy agradecido. Espero volver muy recomendado.

Premium room wasn’t very clean, or ever dusted. Hard to get waters for your room or get your fridge restocked. TV was broken and I called and they never came to look at it. The workers knock very fast on the door and then just open it. The food was extremely terrible, especially the buffet. I got food poisoning and it ruined 3 days of my trip. Lived off of French fries and fruit. Buffet and restaurants are very unsanitary. Poolside service never brings you anything you order from them. The smell in the buffet will make you want to throw up, and then once you see the food you probably will throw up. The mini golf is awful, there’s no turf, it’s concrete so your ball will never stop rolling, and they don’t clean it so there’s bird poop all over it. You have to pay extra to do any other activities other than sit by the pool or beach. The grounds and pools were kept well cleaned. Overall not a good experience at all and I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Worst resort I ever been to, bad customer service they do not accommodate you. Room service is not free. Staff some are nice a lot are not and most don’t speak English. Rooms were broken like sliding balcony doors. My daughter hurt her foot and was bleeding so much in the pool because people were working there and dropped sharp tiles that cut her foot. Never again atleast not this resort. My name is not even in the resort which was weird and they didn’t even fix the problem I need a refund

My room shower was getting flooded the toilet wasn’t flushing my jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. The restaurants was terrible. The buffet was the only good thing in the resort. I canceled two extortion because they couldn’t find my name with the room number. I gave them then when I came back, they found it and I was already upset. They didn’t wanna go no more.

Check in and check out process is terrible. We waiting in line for an hour for both. There is no signage. In fact. At check out we waiting in line than we were told that it’s the check in line and had to move all the way back for check out. The food quality was mid at a 6/10. The staff were also not very helpful

We had a great stay here. Beautiful grounds. Always lots to do! We enjoyed the à la carte restaurants. The buffet was ok. You can always find something to eat and won’t go hungry.

El hotel es bastante bueno tiene muchisimas variedad por hacer ademas de la playa y picsina las habitaciones estan comodas y el servicio al cliente es bueno pero le falta calidad. Es un hotel bien grande a lo cual le falta un personal calificado para el mismo ya que hay cosas que suceden , responsabilidad del servicio hotelero que el personal no esta capacitado , es mi experiencia Pueden mejorar muchas cosas como la coordinacion de las entrada al hotel para mi la peor experiencia, a la hora de sacar los restaurantes tienes que asesorarte bien porque no es lo que te cuentan a la hora de llegar al restaurant ejemplo el restaurante Japones pregunten sobre este especificamente cosas que pueden mejorar sin problema solo es cuestion de coordinacion. La picsina muy buena la playa igual tienen algunos buffet que se vuelven restaurantes en la noche hacen actividades de show en la noche que te entretienen y la pasas bien ademas de discoteca y casino El personal del buffet se ven un poco cansados obvio es trabajo pero es algo que se nota el agotamiento y en la noche solo tienen un sport bar abierto no hay mas nada en caso que tengas hambre. Por mis conclusiones el hotel esta bueno si es para vacacionar con familia niños especialmente, esta muy bien, muchas picsinas para los nenes.

Rooms were clean and roomy. Food in the premium restaurants were excellent. There is a steak house, italian restaurant, french restaurant, Japanese restaurant, seafood restaurant and Mexican restaurant. Buffet had alot of selections. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our first time experiencing an all inclusive resort so I don’t have anything to compare to. Check in was awful, rude employees would tell us to step up then walk away and wouldn’t help us. Took over 30 min for someone to finally help. They weren’t very clear on policies and instructions, especially for newbies. Food was ok, just edible enough so we weren’t hungry. Anytime we grabbed corn on the cob, it wasn’t cooked all the way and was very hard. Boat rentals were awesome! Water aerobics and zoomba were great and the staff was entertaining! I wish we got a rundown of the map better. We would have loved to rent a cabana on the adults only area but didn’t know it was there until the second to last day and they were all booked. If you want to watch any tv, bring a fire stick or something because we got maybe 2 English channels and we asked for help but no one came. Carlos was a great service to us though! From other frequent all inclusive resort go-ers, they said this was the best one they’ve been too!

You don’t even have to leave the resort there is so much to do and a ton of restaurants! The beach is beautiful and so are the pools!! We did the sea aquarium boat ride and that was the highlight of our trip for sure. The boat was a ton of fun, you got to snorkel with sharks and sting rays, and the staff were amazing!
