Just got home from a 7 day trip. knowing basic spanish will be very beneficial. regardless staff does what they can to help. facilities were clean and neat. food was hit or miss. had some AC problems early on, but were fixed. I recommend bringing a small travel fan if you can.

There is no waiter service in the pools and beach, the pool floor is deteriorated, the ceramics come off under the feet and there is a danger that people suffer cuts in the bathrooms, the danger is greater. I could see two people who slipped since it is very easy for them to slip because they put a cleaner and that makes the floor slide well
