The space
ELECTRICITY NOT INCLUDED:
Electricity consumption is not included in the rental and has to be paid on-site. We require a $100-200 USD cash deposit at arrival depending on the number of nights reserved.
The deposit is collected at check-in and the electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out, If guests use less consumption during the stay, we will refund the difference.
This is the estimated daily electricity consumption if the air conditioner is used at night.
1 bedroom = 5-15 USD per day
2 bedrooms = 7-20 USD per day
3 bedrooms = 10-25 USD per day

HOUSEKEEPING:
Guest has 1 cleaning service included for every 7-night stay, any additional service will have an additional charge (cleaning service does not apply on rentals for more than 30+ days or with a special rate). If you do not have the housekeeping service included and you would like to schedule the service, please contact your host to know more about our services and pricing list.

We provide an airport transfer for a US$ 40.00 single trip for up to 4 people, and any extra traveler is US$5.00 per person.

AREA DESCRIPTION:
Stanza Mare is a beachfront condo community located on one of the top 10 Caribbean beaches. Take a swim in the most beautiful stretch of Punta Cana/Bavaro Beach and then relax at the Stanza Mare pool.

Quieter than resorts or hotels, your apartment will quickly become your home for the week. The beach, grounds, buildings and pool are well kept and clean. The beach is never out of sight and located only steps away from the apartment. The area is full of vibrant life with activities to suit everyone.

Water activities include parasailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kite flying, fishing, and boating. For the golfer, there are a number of world-class golf courses in the area to choose from. Grand varieties of beachfront restaurants are just a short walk away. Also located close by is a sports bar, bakery, pharmacy, and several mini-grocery stores, all within walking distance. A short drive away is the Palma Real Village Mall, which boasts cinemas, the Hard Rock Cafe, and a host of other stores. Casinos, nightclubs, and an ecological reserve are also a short drive away.

We are located 25 minutes from the international Punta Cana airport.
