"This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. We called the phone number listed on Expedia countless times, and every single time the number was disconnected. There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment.
Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all.
