Quiet, cute 2 bd home in Punta Gorda Isles. Dock and canal views, close to downtown PH (2 miles) 1 mile to Peace River wildlife preserve with a small beach area, picnic area and park. 30 min to the amazing beaches of Siesta Key, Englewood or Gazperila Island. Great restaurants and shopping at Fisherman’s wharf and lots of live music downtown every weekend.

We loved this house.

This house was perfect for us. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Goodies in the fridge and pantry that were left by previous guests or the owners.This is the owners' retirement home, so it is nicely decorated and maintained. The furniture and beds are comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the lanai which looks out at a canal. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. Both bathrooms have nice walk-in showers. The homeowner responds quickly to questions. The neighborhood is quiet. We would like to stay here again if we get back to Punta Gorda.

Beautiful home

This beautiful home was perfect for my husband and myself. It was very close to the Pickleball courts and Fishermen’s wharf . We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of Pickleball and all the amenities it had to offer. Thank you Traci for being very accommodating and letting us stay in your lovely home.

Lovely Home Beautiful location

We absolutely loved this home, location is perfect. From sunrise to sunset the view is amazing. The house is comfy, cozy and elegant at the same time. Pretty little personal touches throughout. We did encounter some issues while there ( none of which were the owners fault). Communication was continuous and the resolution was more than expected. We were sad to cut it short but look forward to our return to Punta Gorda 💗
