Perfect for walking!

We loved the first floor location, and the lanai that looked out over the harbor. The entire gated community is safe and the perfect place for walking exercise!

Burnt Store

Owner responsive to our questions, unit was clean and pretty well equipped with all we needed. The only minor issue was that the front gate did not have us listed as occupants, but it all worked out. Loved the view

We loved the Burnt Store Marina area and amenities, but we were disappointed in this unit. We’ve already talked to the owner who was very good about making things right. But we hope he gets a new cleaning service and fixes the issues we brought up to him.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Burnt Store Marina and plan to return in the future. The condo was clean and had a nice view of the Marina. Also close to the pool and a short walk to the fitness center, Trading Post, and Cass Cay.

A beautiful staycation

We enjoyed this beautiful setting for a getaway! It is remote but if you don't mind driving a bit to get to the beach or other activities including the grocery store, it is great! (We don't have a boat.) We found good food and things to do in Ft. Myers, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, and Boca Grande. This ground floor villa was perfect as we had our small dog with us too and close to the pool and bbq grill. Beautiful marina to walk around. Bring some bug spray...the mosquitos were out!

A Pandemic Vacation

Arriving to BSM at the height of the Covid19 is something no one could have predicted. We always felt safe and comfortable during the safer at home restrictions. We missed all the extras like trips to a beach or restaurants or shopping and hope to return next year to do the things we could not do this time.
