Beautiful waterfront pool home in the heart of Port Charlotte! Enjoy a relaxing vacation with the whole family in this 3 bedroom 2 bath home on a saltwater canal. Brand new heated and caged swimming pool! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing staycation! Home has a tiki hut in the backyard for enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Enjoy fishing in the canal or just sit back and enjoy all that mother nature has to offer!

Pool heater use is $20 per day or $100 per week. Please let us know before your stay if you plan on using it so we can be sure it is warm when you arrive.

Starter Kit for your arrival:
For the convenience of our guests, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, as well as some basic cleaning supplies, shampoo, and Q-tips. There is a propane tank with the grill that guests can use as an exchange when it is empty. We do not provide propane or any additional supplies during your stay. However, if there is anything reasonable that is not supplied, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
We make the beds with only a fitted sheet and blankets with duvet covers as we have discovered that 99% of guests have slept on top of the flat sheets. This saves us time, water, and laundry detergent when washing everything. We do provide flat sheets, extra pillows, pillow cases, and blankets in the closets for guests that wish to use the items.
