Beautiful home in an excellent location!

Loved this home! Very clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room to relax and chill. The lanai is so nice with the western exposure. We weren’t able to use the pool since we had a cold spell during our stay, but it looked nice! Would love to come back next year!!

Fabulous place with everything we needed!

We loved this home, we did a lot of cooking for family and it had everything we needed. We used all three bedrooms plus the office for the crib, giving everyone a quiet place to sleep. The living room and kitchen were comfortable, and we loved the lanai and pool. People said they’d love to return next year!

Peace River Zen

It was just 'okay'. The listing did not indicate that it would cost an additional 33/day to heat the pool, only that you had to give them 3 days notice. Because of the hurricanes, the whole area is under some type of construction. This house needs more work done. It also had a moldy smell. Not ready for prime time.

Great location but horrible customer service

Stayed here with some friends and family for a fishing trip and overall was a god stay. My only complaint is it was HORRIBLE trying to get in touch with someone about the property. The television did not work so for 4 days we had no way to stream (which was an amenity listed on their profile) and for 3 days I was texting facade and kept getting the same response (we will forward to local property manager) and it NEVER got resolved and we NEVER saw anyone. Very unimpressed and very unprofessional. I would recommend the area but not any property operated by Vacasa of Florida
