"My wife and I had an amazing stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. We stayed in a beautiful swim-out suite, which was the perfect place to relax. The food exceeded our expectations with plenty of delicious options at every meal. A special thank you to Alex for taking such great care of us with beach service. He was always friendly, attentive, and made our beach days even more enjoyable. The beach itself was incredible, with crystal-clear turquoise water and soft white sand. The grounds are beautifully maintained and create such a peaceful, tropical atmosphere. We also treated ourselves to the spa, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The hydrotherapy was relaxing and well worth the experience, and the massage was excellent. It was the perfect way to unwind and added even more to an already incredible vacation. If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic couples resort where you can truly relax, Beloved Playa Mujeres is hard to beat. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Exactly what my boyfriend and I wanted for a summer trip, we hung out by the swim up bar and beach and just enjoyed the amazing food and service at Excellence. The Indian food at Basmati and sushi at Spice were to die for. The breakfast at The Lobster House, a total hit. And the kiwi margs ended up being the drink of the weekend! If you want a gorgeous, relaxing but very entertaining resort to eat some of the best food in Mexico at, this is your spot. Also, the service alone deserves its own shoutout. The amazing staff here make you feel at home, and completely pampered. Every answer was, “no problem.” They really made it hard to leave... Only complaint is the elevator, they need a bigger one for the trolleys and to allow for more luggage space, but that’s me seriously nitpicking. Go to the Excellence, we will be back!"
