Don't be deceived by the ongoing work to refurbish the property. Our room although a little dated was very spacious and clean with great views overlooking the River Thames. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room would benefit from having air conditioning.Food in the restaurant was freshly cooked. The wifi was very good. All in all good value for the money paid

The bed was sleepable after a night on the razz and it was quiet, shower was ok if a bit basic, the room on the whole wasn’t too bad, but the guy on reception was hard work, probably needs to find a career not in the hospitality industry, and the hotel looks like building site, £54 takes the sting out of it a bit, and that’s the only reason I’d stay there again, but sooner pay an extra couple of quid and stay at chain hotel, saying that, it’s under new management so hopefully a work in progress, as it does have potential.

Our room was clean and spacious. It could do with a makeover as shower curtain and net curtains were stained. Apart from that it was just what we needed. The staff at the check in desk were friendly and approachable. Kitchen was closed for refurbishment but we found nice places nearby to eat from. Our room had a lovely river view. Very quiet at night.

Save your money and book a premier inn!! Upon arrival it was evident that the pictures on Expedia were old and not upto date. The hotel on the outside was like a building site and very run down. As we got inside it smelt damp and musky. We arrived early so an early check-in payment of £20 was required. We got into our room and it just got worse. The walls had black marks all over them, dust hanging from the ceiling, a broken toilet seat, broken bath handle, the ceiling was all bowed and looked like it had previously had water damage. The bed linen was stained, and when we mentioned this to thr reception staff, the man said the stain was on the quilt not the sheet, then he left the room leaving us with a stained quilt. Our first morning was worse as I awoke to find i had been bitten on my feet and they became quite swollen. Not ideal when you have a wedding to go to. 2nd morning i had been biten on my back.
