The pros are the location and the big shower space. The cons are no hand soap. TV is not working properly. Still have a lot of hair on floor after cleaning. Their website showing a laundry room picture, but there is actually no laundry in the hotel. The worst thing is that the staff asked me not to throw used toilet paper into the toilet bowl, used tissue should be thrown into the garbage bin which is a serious hygienic problem.

我哋今次同老婆同仔仔一齊入住，整體住宿體驗非常滿意，亦住得好開心。酒店位置方便，近漢神百貨，步行去大立百貨都可以。不過酒店就唔算近捷運站，所以出入主要都係搭 Uber 或的士。 我哋今次嘅 Package 包咗 B1 餐廳嘅早餐自助餐，早餐非常好食，選擇亦幾豐富。早餐以外其他時段亦有小食、生果同飲品提供，整體安排好貼心。餐廳嘅工作人員都非常友善、有禮貌，服務令人感覺好舒服。 今次入住頂級套房，房間整體非常滿意，空間同舒適度都很好，亦令我哋一家三口住得好舒服。 如果要講一個可以改善嘅地方，我覺得 Reception 前台服務可以再直接、清晰一點，溝通時如果可以更加主動同簡潔，整體體驗會更好。 整體而言，我哋今次入住非常滿意，如果之後再去高雄，會考慮再次入住。
