「We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

「Rooms are very simple, spartan. My room had a toilet located inside the shower, so it got wet every time i took a shower. If you are plus sized or overly tall, this may not be the place for you. … If you are vegetarian skip the breakfast: it’s just white toast and coffee for you lol. …. But if you want access to a gym with a wide range of every strength training machine ever invented, this is the best value for you. The gym is called Urbax Fitness and is just 2-3 doors down from the hotel. BYO...

「The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended」
