「Hotel ristrutturato ma ancora da sistemare ( es. in bagno mancano lo specchio, il portarotolo, lo scopino...). I due ragazzi parlano inglese ma nessuno del personale l'italiano e anche per la colazione questo ha creato problemi. Le pulizie sono state fatte 3 volte in 9 giorni e gli asciugamani erano solo 2... 」

「To start with, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and both of us couldn’t eat it all. This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.」

「Hotel is a out of town (walkable distance) however while some may see is as negative I see it as a bonus. Hotel comes with private beach, sunbeams included in the price, seaview rooms. Hotel restaurant is absolutely outstanding. It had everything we needed for nice relaxing holidays.」

「Has a secluded private beach. Were a young couple and took 30 minutes walk to saranda promenade- quite a up hill walk and has alot of character because of residents nearby and cemetery. We always passed a black labrador dog who is really friendly and polite. The room isn’t that modern but has everything you need: Aircon, Smart TV: Netflix/Youtube. The shower pressure is also great. One tip is if you don’t want them to clean your room, tell them directly. We had the DND sign but they still did it...

「Silver Hill Guest House was so lovely. It was a highlight of my trip to Albania! The staff were nice, and the guest house itself is situated in the historical part of Gjirokastër. I wish I had stayed longer. 」
