" 辦理入住體驗差勁，入住時間為10/6~10/10，10/6下午3點辦理入住，民宿經理卻說沒收到訂房網訂單，只會要我們自行跟訂房網確認或是直接取消訂單，完全沒心要確認是哪裡出錯，接著又說辦理入住的小姐16：30分才上班，不然等到16：30分再問小姐，態度消極。 結果是我自己跟訂房網確認，確認他們有收到訂單，等到一個半小時後小姐上班詢問才知道是民宿作業錯誤10/8沒有房間，需要到別間民宿住宿，民宿卻無事先來電告知，雖然替代方式已準備好，但是也沒有交代清楚，一個經理一問三不知，也不會向自己員工詢問確認，遇到這種不負責任又消極的經理，讓人感到非常不高興，還害我錯怪訂房網以為是訂房網的問題。 "
