「This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. There is a Catholic church on the next...

「The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.」

「Suite à une erreur lors de ma réservation l’hôtel a demandé un supplément de 50€ par nuit car nous étions deux. Le tarif était pourtant strictement le même pour 1 ou 2 personnes sur hôtel.com. Par ailleurs le SPA était visiblement fermé alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour ce critère. Pas de wifi fonctionnelle non plus. 」

「Ho pernottato una notte presso l hotel Hypnos e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal livello offerto. Nuovo, parcheggio interno chiuso, camera ampia, accessori interni (accappatoio) e cura dei particolari. Anche il ristorante di livello, cena ottima. Altra nota positiva la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff! Consiglio e personalmente terrò presente per altri pernotti.」
