“Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!”

their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available...
on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...”

“This place was not like the picture that Orbitz posted (they did not show the rest of the building or the rooms) and the reviews were mis-leading .The area and the muddy dirt road leading up to the Inn were disturbing. The room, which opened with a regular door key, was very unpleasant
and a bit scary...not suitable for even one night. I immediately booked another location, forfeiting the money I had paid for multiple nights. I felt mis-lead, and I blame Orbitz for the waste of my time and……
