“The property was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred not to pay a cash deposit though for the wifi router- as you do not get this back until you leave. As I am UK the 20 Euro at end not so useful. The surrounds pool and location is wonderful. Such easy access to the beach via walk or train. The beach is breathtaking along with view of the Ria Formasa. I will return. The local staff friendly. I was made to feel welcome.”

“This apartment was listed as a two-bedroom apartment. The check-in was at 12:00 p.m. although we arrived at 3:00 p.m. The owner of the apartment said it had not been cleaned and we would have to wait for the cleaning of the apartment. However, it was not at all the same apartment that I booked a completely different building different setup. There was only one tiny bedroom with a moldy shower and glass door toilet. My friend has hip problems and could not walk up the steep stairs to the toilet……

“Private apartment, managed by the hostel around the corner. Double bed in living room is a full size couch/futon (a 1.5 person bed). When we came in, the mirror was full of white foam, sprayed but never wiped. That was a quick remedy. Nice decoration. There was a very strong cleaning smell in the kitchen and bathroom and I could see a spray of it in the sink, like it was never rinsed (think Antikal, liquid descaler). That should have been rinsed. “The apartment was clean overall and spacious, and the balconies were great with views of the golf course. Although I did not use it, the pool looked a good size and was popular with other guests. Plenty of free parking. Helpful staff the only slight negative is that there were ants in the apartment - which the hotel provided a ant spray. ”
