Wonderful stay!

I stayed at Pavillon Lacerte, which is a great choice for one-two travelers. The room is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Please be noted that the Pavillon Lacerte is 10-minute walking from the check-in reception.

Eh bien je ne sais pas ce qui fait de nous des pariats mais ... aucunes indication ou trouvé micro ondes et cuisine non barrée pour nos plats aucunes indication sur ou trouver nourriture sur campus Nous faire toujours regarder comme des détenus et ... dépend emmener ou vous êtes dans l'hébergement il faut s'attendre à beaucoup de bruit et peu de circulation d'air des arrivée d'étudiants universitaire en plein night Life etc... en plus beaucoup de commodité offertes mais pas à nous tel que bus gratuit pour 3 jour avec jne carte limite mais permet beaucoup de déplacement et de réduction sur le transport assez considérable j'ai résidé plus de 2 semaines et ne l'ai su que parvequ un autre client avant de remettre ma clef pour départ se l'ai fait offrir et ... même offert un upgrade à cause de bruit extrême et chaleur extrême les 2 dernières nuits moi... rien de tout cela faudrais voir à être constant dans le service client offert c'est frustrant et plus que questionable par qui devons passer en agence biais pour avoir droit à tout ces privilège ?!?! Assurément pas Expedia On m'a aussi d'ailleurs quasi réprimandé mon achat chez Voys me disant que tout aurait déjà été fait si on avait réservé directement avec eux mais vu le tiers que vous êtes ... rien en rien ne nous est même considérer on est pas très bons d'être chez vous à pour eux même l'inverse a vrai dire ce qui questionne mon membership avec vous sincèrement no retours sur la plainte chaleur et bruit intolérable dont touché

A very funky smell in the room. Travelling partner across the hall had no smell in his room. No AC so hot. If you get the room by the hall entrance like I did ask to be moved. Noisy and smelly! For the money ok I guess.

Le couchage est bon et la propreté de la chambre et des espaces communs ( couloirs, sanitaires et cuisines) est assurée par un personnel irréprochable. Il faut s'habituer au bruit des portes qui claquent dans le couloir et à l'absence de ventilation suffisante pour rafraîchir la chambre en été, mais ces 2 points mis à part, le séjour est parfait à tout niveau et le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Je recommande vivement et remercie l'établissement pour la qualité de ces prestations hôtelières.

The rooms had a strong unpleasant smell, which really affected the comfort of our stay and while the amenities were well maintained, they were shared, which wasn’t ideal. The check-in process was also quite slow. Overall, not the best experience.

I appreciated the affordable price of the stay. However, our room was located next to the toilet, and we could occasionally hear a loud noise when the sink was used at night. While the sheets looked clean, they had a noticeable human scent. I also didn’t receive clear instructions on how to collect the keys, such as which pavilion to go to or how to reach the reception without already having a key.

We arrived at 5pm. Entire building was too hot, smelled badly. There is no ventilation in rooms, no fans available. Left window open for 4 hrs in an attempt to cool space down while we went to visit a family member, made no difference. Room was still unbearably hot, we left at 915pm to find alternative accommodations.

an excellent hosteling / university stay choice at a budget. the room was clean as was the shared bathrooms, quarters are from an earlier time for sure, but we got a room on the north side and was able to take advantage of the windows to keep the room cool. we enjoyed the use of the pool table, and the pyramid was in walkable distance. check-in was great, and parking wasn't an issue.
