“Stunning apartment fantastically located in queens short walk to astoria park and few minutes to the train straight to the city, plenty of bars and restaurants in surrounding area if you dont want to go into the city, the area was nice and peaceful and had lovely welcoming chat with a neighbour when we arrived with easy excess into the apartment, jon was a great host and responded quickly when i messaged ”

“Apparently, no short term property rental is allowed in NYC by city council mandate. In other words, nothing listed for any of the five boroughs is legally rentable. Please tell me why VRBO allows these listings? I didn't find out about this mandate until the day I was supposed to check in. Mind you, I had booked over a month in advance.
