“I’ve never left a rating this low, and honestly, I won’t recommend staying here. It’s a self check-in hotel with no front desk support. On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. “Was not a luxury property as advertised. Amenities were very basic and property could benefit from some TLC and a few upgrades to the furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was okay and about what was expected in this price range. Close to bus stop and about half mile to train station—not a bad walk. Host responded to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Not much shopping nearby but could likely find necessities within walking distance.”
