「Very remote location in an old colonial home on a former plantation. Owner lives on site, amongst other male friends. Need car to reach. No signage. Moldy room and no screened windows. A collection of toiletries from other hotels: tacky」

「Room was clean and spacious. The only downer is the location it is a bit of a walk to the main area to get the regular bus $2.50. But there is taxi service starting at $15US to take you to the beach Grand Anse or into town」

「Room was spotless and well equipped. The apartment is large and comfortable. The setting is unbelievably serene. I could have stayed there forever, enjoying the peace and quiet. The scenery out the window looked like a painting of water and sailboats. Enjoyed dinners at nearby Le Phare Bleu. The view from the gym is spectacular. The pool is fabulous.
