Très calme et assez particulier mais vraiment agréable pour qui se sent capable de passer sur les quelques détails un peu vieillisants . Mais l'accueil a été très sympa et efficace avec une très grande liberté. Séjour particulièrement reposant . Le lieu est hors des zones touristiques mais la région est magnifique. "A great, short stay in this very spacious and convenient apartment on our way back to Cherbourg. Everything was as described online. Great location, 2 mins walk away from lovely restaurant and stunning beach. Beds super comfortable. Only downside was lack of towels."

"We had a wonderful stay at the gite for over 2 weeks. It was the perfect place to visit the ehole of west Normandy includung Bayeux. It is close to the sea and to the village of Urville, where the local supermarket Utile had everyting you need and has great opening hours. The gite itself is cosy and the fact that it is near the castke with great gardens is an absolute plus. The interior is a bit outdated on some occasions an could do with some repairs, but our stay was very much ok. If i visit...

Hospitality as it should be !
"Hôtel Le Louvre is just perfect ! I felt instantly welcome when I arrived thanks to a most friendly and professional receptionist. The hotel itself , is ideally located in the heart of city centre , in a quiet and easily acccessible street, with a private garage . The whole property is immaculate, my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with great bedding and bathroom. A welcome pack of biscuits , a bottle of water and some nice soap and shampoo were a rather nice touch. The breakfast buffet , prepared by a very friendly team,offered a great selection of food and the coffee was good. I only stayed one night , before boarding my delayed ferry to Ireland but could happily have stayed longer to visit Cherbourg and surroundings . So well done and thank you to the Team...I'll definitely be back."
