"We loved the locale. We loved our courtyard room. However we had to constantly ask for assistance. For ice. For water. Towels were never refreshed. We got the feeling they did not have adequate staffing. We would return , however, it’s charming , but clearly seasonal. There was a vacuum cleaner left outside our entry door the entire length of stay!"

"Clean , newly renovated rooms. Very conveniently located across from airport and you do not hear the planes at all. We used the complimentary bikes to ride to town, very short 20 min ride. Staff was very friendly and hospitable"

"The rooms are immaculate and I loved the decor. The outdoor pool area is also beautiful and their bar food was delicious! Kids would love the free arcade too. The best part is that it’s in walking distance to Steps Beach, Jetties Beach and downtown. Looking forward to going back!"

"Lovely place, great spot. Enjoyed the music set up. Kids and I had a blast! They loved being able to walk into town so easily and I loved popping to white elephant for an afternoon drink!"

"Great location away from the main part of town but a quick easy walk , great offers with cool cycles or free from the hotel …. Breakfast and coffee was good …. We didn’t realise we could rent deck chairs … but staff were very friendly and helpfil"
