「We couldn’t use a unit because the door code was wrong. Guest service was not helpful and repeatedly asking if we know how to use the lock. We ended up squeezing 11 people in 3 rooms at 12:30am, with makeshift beds and jackets as comforters. Nobody slept well that night. Manager refused to offer reasonable refund or even call back to address the issue. It’s a nightmare experience and but we didn’t even receive a formal apology. Stay away at all cost.」
