Welcome to The Little Cottage at the Lake! Beautiful renovated, cozy and modern home at Lake Tawakoni. Located 1 minute from the private boat ramp! Walking to the lake it's a dream come true! The beautiful neighborhood, with their enchanted and charming houses will take your breath away! Quiet paradise and fantasy like subdivision. The house is equipped with brand new appliances! Huge refrigerator and bigger sectional living room! Fresh paint, new bathrooms and showers. Laundry room with smart washer and dryer. Relax in the brand new beds and mattresses with soft new linens. The 75' smart TV with Netflix and Amazon prime, plus TV channels to enjoy. Oh let's not forget the 6G fast internet!
Just 5 minutes from Walmart, many diverse restaurants. Convenient stores, pharmacy, churches and parks! Everything at least than 5 minutes drive.

The house is very clean, and had lots of updates. Beds were comfortable and not too hard. Short walk to the lake and restaurants and convenience stores not too far away either.
