And continuous remind the hotel check the booking. But the driver was came late almost one hour. I book the pick up service for two ways, but the driver told me only one way and I need to pay him right now. This is very bad experience. The hotel person should be retrain.」

「I was not allowed to stay with QubeStay as the front office told, they cannot find my confirmed booking ref. via Hotels.com. But they politely behaved and provided another room in nearby property (Arma Residency) which was not OK. After staying the first night, I found out that we were not provided the right room as per our reservation through Hotels.com.
