"Staff was perfect and friendly it was the room that was not really clean beds were great it was the bathroom the tub had someone else hair in it the tub itself looks dirty the walls felt slimy there was crumbs on the counter inside the fridge was clean though everything else was fine "

"This is a ful, blown club not a hotell hip hop music at full blast till early morning elevators dont work everywhere sk Melled of marijuana. Its not a hotel its a hip hop club"

"I travel a lot, and I’ve never been to a place where the people were more friendly. The waitresses in the restaurant felt like my aunties or sisters. They were so kind and you could tell they love their job. The bartender went out of his way to make sure our drinks were refilled and tasted OK. We had some chicken wings and buffalo cauliflower at the bar while we waited to leave for our venue that night. They were delicious. The room was clean the smell throughout the whole hotel was amazing. The lobby was breathtaking when you walked in and it just felt comfortable like I was on a vacation far far away. Definitely downloading the app for Hilton and going to use Hilton going forward. I was blown away by this hotel, and we will be returning every time we go to Orlando. "

"The website pictures of the hotel have a false image. Our room had holes in the wall, dirty sheets. A leaking sink. Too much activity going on the property. The pool was dirty. I was disappointed. The office staff was nice. But never again. "
