“Beautiful small boutique hotel, lovely location in a quaint plaza full of food & drink venues. Short walk to other areas. Really nice friendly staff. Only very minor thing is that downstairs room windows open straight onto walkways so you can't really have them open. ”

“We had a great stay. Very convenient location, very clean and well maintained property. Receptionist Arber is a phenomenal person; very attentive. Breakfast was also great.”

“We'd been really looking forward to our stay here based on the reviews, but unfortunately were left disappointed. On arrival the room we were taken to a double room when we had booked a twin. After a lot of discussion between the staff about whether Expedia had passed the request on and what could be done, they did convert the room to a twin, but we were made to feel uncomfortable and that they were doing us a favour. “Room was nice and clean, breakfast was nice. They let you choose if you want Albanian or sweet option. Very lovely staff. It's in amazing location although bells from church nearby do get quite loud early in the morning so light sleepers it might bother. Also they're just doing some road works which can start as early as 7:30am. Getting to the hotel after reception closes is very confusing. I wish they gave us little clearer instructions.”

“The room was quite basic and the pictures online make it look better than it actually is. That said, it was fine for a one-night stay. Parking was a bit of a challenge — we paid €20 for two nights of underground parking, which wasn’t the cheapest option. The welcome desk staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience 3/5.”
