「We stayed here with a group of teenagers for our daughter’s birthday celebration. The property was beautiful, the farm animals were fun to watch. We enjoyed the privacy so the kids could talk on the porches, and we loved the fact that the loft was full of beds, so nobody had to feel left out. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of tools and some spices. Plenty to do nearby, quick access to grocery stores and great hiking/swimming. We would stay again! 」

「The property was private and relaxing. It was also close to Frankin and Highlands, so day trips were easy. Even though we only spent a few days at the ranch, we left very relaxed. We will definitely be back.」

「We all loved the covered deck. Perfect for catching up, playing games and enjoying the fireplace. We didn’t expect rain all weekend but it didn’t matter. Plenty of space throughout the house. We’d definitely recommend to others. The grand finale was a visit by a huge mama bear and her three cubs. Could not have scripted it any better. 」

「The view was outstanding. The cleanliness was perfect. The facilities were great along withe amenities. Being up in the mountain, location could be a challenge, but the owner gave very precise directions.」

Multiple outdoor seating areas allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful weather each afternoon and evening. Very quiet and peaceful. The host communication was excellent with quick responses and offers to assist with anything during our stay. This was one of the best experiences in our years of hiking trips to western NC. 「We recently stayed at this big cabin and the views are spectacular! There was plenty of room for 4 of us. The creek is lovely and peaceful. Beautiful bonfire pits! The hot tub is nice and in good working order. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room for cooking. Would gladly stay again!」

The home has a great layout and we really enjoyed the library where you're bound to find a great book to read given the extensive collection.
