"Room was clean, had lots of items that were paid forward like coffee, filters, cooking spray. Also has two beach chairs, sand play kit, and towels. My best advice is to take bug spray for the mosquitos…sadly, they ruined the trip for us."

We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. The property owner communicated well with us and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were not prepared for was the traffic noise. "We enjoyed our stay here! Check in and check out was super easy. The fruit infused iced water at check in was a nice touch. We liked the coffee, fresh fruit, and water bottle filling station that was available in the common areas. The room was a little small but worked for the two of us with a convenient mini fridge. The hotel is very clean and organized and we enjoyed having a pool with floats and lounge chairs. Parking was on a first come first serve basis and was a little tight but we didn’t...

"Was beautiful peaceful grounds! Wouldve liked a closer water view but was still very nice. Love the kitchen! The giant shower Jacuzzi tub was not in use so that was a little disappointing but we still enjoyed our stay in this lovely place."

"Condo needed some TLC. Sliding door did not slide well or close well. Interior doors were not clean. Instructions did not include what we might need like trash bags, salt and pepper, extra paper towels. Only 1 set of towels for 2 adults for a week in bedroom 2. 2 sets for 2 adults in bedroom 1. Only 3 dishwasher cubes for 4 adults for a week. Overall a good week."

"Condo was in a quiet location, clean, and sufficient size for our family. Pool and small beach area was perfect and chairs and umbrellas always available. Communication with the property manager was great! Clear directions on access and check out. We would stay at this location again."

"My husband and I just got back from Key West. We had a fabulous time and loved where we stayed. Ken, the owner, is terrific. Great communication, excellent tips on things to do and places to eat. It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. Thanks Ken for being a great host!!!"
