“Cool little property with a great vibe and fantastic location. Rooms are small but clean, if a little dated. Great common areas. Roof top deck was closed off while we were there for repairs?
Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and reasonably priced property to spend a weekend in Provincetown.”

“Area was very nice and well maintained. The word I used most often was "small". The room was very tight with little space to move around. If there are two or more people, it was very cramped! Breakfast served was very welcomed; however, it was also very small along with the area to sit and eat...several had to take the food back to their rooms.”

“This was such a charming place to stay. It’s so quiet, clean, and lovely. They have limited staff and hours for check-in, so I would give them a call before you arrive just to be safe. Incredible ocean views, beach access. Parking is also limited, so keep that in mind.”

“AVOID THIS HOTEL
One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this.
When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the……
