“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! Spencer was extemely accommodating,and made……

“CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. The surrounding area is very beautiful, if you get the chance to be on the porch, I would highly recommend. Check out is 11am, though if they start cleaning the other rooms at 9:30am, you might have an accidental……

“The Inn is centrally-located, and is convenient to restaurants and bars. The performers in the Lounge are varied, friendly, talented, and entertaining. The Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Interns of potential improvements: 1. The drink prices are a bit high. 2. The parking fees are very high.”

“The rooms felt like home, not a typical vacation rental. Immaculate bedroom, wooden floors and a bed frame with posts. The person who checked me in could not have been nicer. I immediately felt at home.”

“The water pressure stopped while I was in shower, not even a dribble. Had to dry off without being rinsed. No one on property to address the iussue.The pressure was extremely low when it started. Never again!!”

“The place was exactly what I was looking for. I loved that my unit was tucked away from the main road, making it quiet and peaceful, and the balcony was a great bonus. The accommodations could use a bit of updating, but since I was out enjoying the area all day, it really didn’t matter. Customer service was easy to work with, and the shuttle made getting into town simple and convenient. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ve already booked again for next year!”

“My husband and I I took a 4 day trip to Ptown. This hotel was great. Just outside of town (but we walked it a few times) with 2 different options for shuttles into the center. It’s very family friendly with lots of kids in the pool. But the pool is large and heated perfectly. It has a kitschy, resort vibe at the pool and a great snack and drink bar. Our room was a nice size and the bathroom was fine with great shower pressure. The closet area is in the bathroom, which is a little different but……
