“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! “CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. The surrounding area is very beautiful, if you get the chance to be on the porch, I would highly recommend. Check out is 11am, though if they start cleaning the other rooms at 9:30am, you might have an accidental……

“It’s a decent place, I enjoyed for what it was. When you’re in PTOWN regardless you’re not spending much time in your hotel anyways. Far away from the strip but a nice walk to commercial street.”

“AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the……
