“Motel is very well maintained!! Very welcoming & clean!! Nice property, friendly staff! Our room was very clean! Bed was comfortable and amenities in the room convenient. Our only issue (if you want to call it one) was the air conditioning wasn’t very cold, especially at night while we slept, it was warmer than wanted. We travel with fans, but it still was a little uncomfortable. ”

“Our experience here was great. The hotel was quiet and perfectly located. Clean and efficient. You can't go wrong with a private beach steps away from your room. This is a low frills place, which means it's simple and sweet, a refreshing break from the usual upiddy crowd of cape cod. A true gem. We will be going back, hopefully sooner than later!”
