「the house is small but cute, perfect size for two couples staying. there wasn't a lot of seating, especially outside, it would have been nice to have outdoor furniture. there was also only four of everything for dinning, which did make it hard to cook. I wouldn't call it a fully stocked kitchen. the house was clean and cool, the AC worked perfect. the street it is on is quiet as well. the high bed is weird, but functional with a storage area at the foot of it. kinda dangerous if you have to get...

We had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen and grill, and of course the outdoor shower - a must for a visit to the cape! We’re hoping to book again for our vacation next year! 」

「We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful. The pool was beautiful. We absolutely loved it and we would definitely come back.」

「Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. 」

And it was in the perfect location: across the street from the Children's Beach, 4 houses down from the White Elephant and the Brant Point Grill restaurant, and 3 blocks from downtown Nantucket. 「We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. 」
