The outdoor area has rusty chairs, overgrown weeds, animal droppings on the stairs to the rooftop patio, and is in dire need of an overhaul. “This place was perfect for my friend and I’s little girls weekend getaway! For reference we are both 24 year olds. It was the perfect walkable distance to the main street where there are several shops and restaurants and directly right next to the beach! Super clean and was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend staying here!!”

“Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. Makeup wipes by the sink. Coffee maker on the desk. Water in the fridge and a microwave. Something they could add is a bag rack or……

“My family stayed here 8 years ago and had a wonderful experience. I remembered our stay and it was the first place I looked up, I was able to book this trip a day in advance. We took the bike trail to the Coast Guard Beach, visited the Audubon trail in Wellfleet. The common area was delightful. I took a dip in the surprising warm pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am excited for our next visit.”
