“This is the second time I stayed in Hilton Garden Inn, it’s comfortable and an easy place to stay, there are a lot choices of food nearby, good for a business visiting ”

“Staff I had 7 kids and we were stuck in for the snow storm. Between my kids and nephews being a little loud and excited at times. They were very kind my 4 year old had a temper tantrum and we got a noise complaint. They were completely understanding and kind. Not to mention they gave us extra blankets milk and hot chocolate for the kids. ”

“The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”

“We will definitely go back there when there is a show to watch at the Spire Center. We talked about coming back for two nights next time. How cool is it to drive up to your hotel door and walk right in! People want convenience and that’s what you provide. We are sorry we missed breakfast as they stopped serving at 10 am, but that was no fault of Best Western. Excellent!”

“Absolutely beautiful room. (The gas fireplace was a nice surprise.) Very quiet and clean. The restaurant menu was exceptional. My partner had the duck which he loved and I had the steak frites--most amazing steak frites I've ever had! (Superlative to those I've had elsewhere - including Paris!)”
