“Host was very communicative and responsive. The property was perfect for our family and was clean and very comfortable. Well maintained and decor was very nice. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of cozy throws around the unit. However, we were on the second floor. There were loud footsteps walking and banging above us until all hours of the night. The guests on the first level were extremely loud until almost 1 in the morning. Jenny was very responsive to my complaints and stated she……

“The area felt safe and the street was pretty clean and quiet. It is not a far walk to the T station, and there are several restaurants and Walgreens in easy walking distance. The house was as advertised. It was very clean. The beds are an assortment of soft traditional mattresses and pillows and some very firm memory foam mattresses and pillows. The host was very responsive to questions. ”

“Great stay! Plenty of room for our group and very comfortable. Loved that there was two spots for parking as we had two cars. Would stay there again!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2nd floor space that had everything needed for a 5 day stay. The kitchen was full with dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. Our 2 small dogs loved the fenced back yard and the dog park which is a very short walk away. Stores were very close by for any grocery needs. We enjoyed walking to the beach on the Quincy Bay - there are alot of shells there. We also took the train to Fenway, which was really easy. ……

“The location is excellent for travel to Boston and shopping is right nearby.The space itself is rather disjointed and spread out, but with teenagers that is fine. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances but not conducive to cooking. The sponge for cleaning dishes should be replaced.The bedrooms are very cozy and warm. The beds are comfortable and when asked for another blanket the owner responded rapidly.The bathroom was well equipped with towels and was nice and warm. The shower as others……

“The unit was as advertised. It was very clean and well furnished with comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to the outskirts of Boston and near Franklin Park Zoo which we visited to see Boston Lights. Noise from the upstairs unit was a bit of a nuisance, but overall we had an excellent stay.”

“The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. ”
