「Breakfast and clean room」

「It was a functionally nice, extremely clean hotel. The staff was very friendly (shout out to Crystal at the front desk) and the morning breakfast delivered way more than expected. But there should be more than DirectTV that loses signal when it rains, especially at the higher rate we paid because of the graduation events happening in the area. Also no iron in the room. Would I go back? Yes but I’d take my laptop so I can watch streaming services the hotel doesn’t have.」

「The hotel is undergoing renovation. Though it is nicely done, if you have sensitivity to new carpet smell or new paint, then I would not recommend it. Everything is new including furniture, bedding, pillows. Check out is noon but housekeeping came around at 9 AM knocking on doors.」

「We were stayed the night for a VA Tech graduation so it was adequate for our needs. It was not fancy or real nice but clean enough and close enough to the campus to make sense. The walls are super thin and not only could we hear the neighbors all night, but the housekeepers got in a huge fight in the hallway before 9am the following morning. Two women were yelling at each other and dropping F bombs about vacuuming. Very disruptive and unprofessional. Otherwise, it was fine. No elevator but...
