"really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude."

Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in.
