“Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. ”

“This resort is beautiful and the staff are extremely gracious. The pool area is perfect. The only this I would suggest is that they vary the lunch and dinner menus each day because if you stay there and do not want to taxi into town for dinner every night, having a menu with variety would make meals better. The food is good but variety like daily specials would help.”

“I chose it mainly because it is just across the street from the Long Distance Bus Terminal, There are many other hotels/guesthouses around the Station but this one seemed to be the best (and only high-rise). The price was decent and I could just walk across the street, finding things to eat in the bus station (a lot of choice). The room is relatively spacious and comfortable. The only problem is that it is not near any tourist attractions of Foz (not walking distance). However, since the bus……

“The lobby is super nice and so is the pool. My room was very spacious and had air con. However, the lights in my room would randomly turn off. It happened about three times. The bathroom was big, a little dated, but did the job. The breakfast buffet and restaurant had really good options. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel. Just bring lots of insect repellent as it’s covered by trees. ”
