Really nice hotel. Technically a bit out of the city, however from what we saw there isn't a huge amount in Foz! Good quality hotel, nice room, big and comfy bed. The restaurant offers a buffet each evening for 115R which is really nice. Breakfast was very good. The pool is nice, water was cool but good for refreshing after the hot weather. There's a small gift shop inside. There are a few things you can walk to like a shopping centre down the road but mostly people seem to get taxis/Ubers or organised tours. Only 15 minutes from the Falls and the airport.

Amazing stay

I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast was great, the tapioca was really well made. Although it looks like a business hotel, the overall comfort of the hotel stood outā€”especially the bed, which was super cozy. The amenities were good, and the staff were consistently helpful. Honestly, almost everything was spot on. No real complaints, which is always a good sign. Would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed staying at Hotel. The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. The staffs here are so friendly, responsible, hardworking, accountable, dedicated, determined, well mannered, and caring. The room was really clean, modern, and artistic.

The property has a lot of potential and is in a great location. We like our breakfast. Especially the fruit and tapioca stand. However, the restrooms were not clean, with numerous black areas on the shower and walls, as well as extremely old towels. We didn't like the check-in staff; they were untrained and unpleasant. Be aware that they are notĀ friendlyĀ by international standards. Another concern is that they are rebuilding the site without informing us. Expedia should make a note of this because some individuals have dust allergies I would only recommend to friends if they make significant adjustments.. :(

We were first dissatisfied by the check in. My husband and I were placed in a room with 3 single beds when we booked 2 queens. We had two rooms booked and they wanted to place us in different floors. We informed them we couldn't as we had a minor with us. The room had no wifi. After complaining a different desk attendand placed us in a different floor. We were happy. Like most beds in Brazil the mattress is super uncomfortable, most hotels don't want to invest in good mattresses. Avoid a room overlooking the pool, they tend to be louder even past 10pm. Even though we had these problems overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The restaurant was really convenient and the food was simple but excellent.

El hotel cumple con determinado confort. Las habitaciones son cĆ³modas, el desayuno es muy bueno. Pero lo que respeta a la media pensiĆ³n no es buena, muy poca variedad de comida y mala reposiciĆ³n. La piscina no estĆ” climatizada como dice la pĆ”gina del hotel y eso debiera ser corregido porque muchos lo elegimos por ese item.

Infelizmente, nossa estadia no Viale Cataratas foi decepcionante. A comeƧar pelo secador de cabelo, que nĆ£o estava funcionando, o telefone do quarto tambĆ©m estava mudo. O secador foi substituĆ­do, e a linha sĆ³ foi consertada no Ćŗltimo dia de nossa estadia. O resultado Ć© que tivemos pessoal de manutenĆ§Ć£o dentro do quarto por diversas vezes, uma delas inclusive as 10 da noite. Esse tipo de coisa deixa a qualidade da estadia bem abaixo do que poderia ter sido. A cada vez que precisava de algo, tĆ­nhamos que descer atĆ© o lobby. Creio que o hotel poderia ter tido um pouco mais de sensibilidade sobre essa situaĆ§Ć£o, oferecendo alguma alternativa. Ficamos desconfortĆ”veis e saĆ­mos extremamente decepcionados. NĆ£o recomendo e nĆ£o voltarei.

Hotel 4 * BEM RAZOƁVEL . Pontos positivos : - Boa localizaĆ§Ć£o, camas confortĆ”veis com excelente roupa de cama e cafĆ© da manhĆ£ com muitas opƧƵes. Estadia razoavel. Privada balanƧava (mal presa) cabeƧa do chuveiro sem limpeza e ducha higienica idem. Falta janela acĆŗstica, pois entra barulho, principalmente se for virado para a piscina. Equipe de recepĆ§Ć£o pouco cordial ou simpĆ”tica. No check in (que foi de madrugada) questionei sobre o welcome drink e disseram que nĆ£o tinha nada na reserva, que era pra verificar no dia seguinte (somente assim consegui). CafĆ© da manhĆ£ abre 6:30 e nĆ£o 7:00 como estĆ” no site, que inclusive tem bastante variedade e sempre com reposiĆ§Ć£o. Hotel precisa de uma manutenĆ§Ć£o geral aqui e ali. Cama muito confortĆ”vel mas banheiro nĆ£o tem ganchos ou prateleiras pra nada. Cobrar estacionamento dos hĆ³spedes Ć© patĆ©ticoā€¦ R$ 15 por dia. No geral, hotel ok para poucos dias, atendeu bem.
