"The Casino was dirty! Sticky on most of the machines. Cigarette ashes, empty cups, napkins etc. No cleaning being done. I left earlier than usual because of the mess."

"I almost gave this hotel 5 stars, but there were a few minor issues. The room smelled kind of musty when I walked in. It wasn't unclean, but it definitely didn't smell great. It needed to be refreshed before I checked in. This is not the fault of the staff, but the barriers between rooms are way too thin. The noise above me was pretty terrible when I stayed. Otherwise, the room was very spacious and cleaner than average. Everything worked well. The pool looked incredible, but I didn't use it. There's a nice waterfall by it. The breakfast looked good, too, although I didn't eat in the morning. Staff at the front desk was very nice."
