“I booked this property through Expedia under stressful circumstances — Barbados air traffic controllers went on strike, my flight was canceled, and I was stranded along with many other travelers. I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there. When I arrived, the owner told me she had no room for me and that the property was fully booked. I had to advocate for myself and explain that I had a valid confirmation number and nowhere else to go. To……

“Such a wonderful stay here! Staff were absolutely perfect, food was amazing, the common areas are spacious, comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean, large and had all the amenities we could want or need. I can't say enough good things about the Hidden Gem!”

“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

“I personally don't use the pool and I don't see a bar or use one. The place was clean and brake fast was pretty good overall. ”

“This hotel was perfectly situated overlooking the ocean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We had a car so able to travel to all sights but there are taxis and a shuttle from hotel to closest town. We would stay here again.”

“The property needs URGENT ATTENTION. Mosquitoes in room as there are shutters on top of the door that are not sealed. A hair was on the pillow. Sheets did not look 100% clean. Bathroom room mat was dirty. I can keep going but for what. Grass was well manicured. Hope the owner will spend some money to upgrade. I've been a. Exec”

I also like taking advantage of the restaurant located on the premises—it’s convenient and a great option after a day out. We continue to choose this hotel because of its close proximity to Miami Beach, just past Oistins, which makes getting around the area very easy.”

“The name is Harlem B&B but no breakfast on offer. Really this is no more than a pension which at $US 150 per night ( booked months in advance) is over-priced. Room was basic but clean and a nice bathroom, but often no staff were evident in the building and service was non-existent.”

“The room is clean, staff is friendly but our bathroom is outdated. Bathroom room sink was draining slow. Toilet Handel need to be pulled down twice to flush out throughly. Shower head needed to be replaced as it was not centered and tilted to the right.”
