Accommodation not at all matching the description. Big disappointment
I am very disappointed of this place and also quite angry because the accommodation we had did not match the description at all, and the owner simply put the blame on Novasol, with the tiniest possible effort to comply with our requests.
1. The description mentioned "The apartment is on the first floor and has a large private outdoor area with jasmine plants and an ancient olive tree, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella". Unfortunately we never got this apartment because the owner simply said that it was already "sold" when we booked it, but she never informed us about its unavailability. So we got another apartment without private space whatsoever. After we complained she gave us a table for sitting outside, which however was in the middle of the public courtyard.
2. The description mentioned the presence of a washing mashine, which was not present.
3. The kitchen was rather symbolic, almost no tools
4. We chose NOT to use the room cleaning service (which was at extra payment!) but also we did not find any tools for cleaning and finally we had to buy our own broom to have at least some tidyness.
What disappointed me most was the absolute indifference of the owner regarding these issues, simply saying that Novasol had changed the description.
Besides this, the place and location is beautiful, but being treated like this in Sicily, where usually facility owners are extremely nic and helpful, is really disappointing.
