"I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."

"We loved our stay at mergellina. it was in a very good location. Close to the promenade and close to very good eating establishments. Mr. Onoracio was very funny and made us feel welcomed. Rosaria always had a smile when she made us cappuccino in the mornings. breakfast was a continental breakfast with cappuccino, cornetto, breads coffee, juice etc. will definitely stay here again!"
