Welcome to your downtown Apex getaway!` A brand new, 4BR/4BA launched February 2025. Professionally decorated with thoughtful amenities. Located on a fully-fenced, half-acre in an unbeatable location less than a mile from downtown Apex! Enjoy 2 King Suites with ensuite bathrooms in each room! Enjoy multiple nooks, spacious open floorplan for large groups, TWO fireplaces, full coffee bar with FREE locally roasted coffee! And most important, incredible host support. We have three eyes on messages!
Walk into the main level great room featuring a fully-stocked kitchen, dining room for 12, living room, private office with door, and a private back patio overlooking massive fenced in backyard.
The kitchen & dining areas feature:
-brand new appliances
-4 bar top seats
-full coffee bar with pod and pot brewer, French press, pour over, kettle and FREE locally roasted specialty coffee, K-cups & coffee condiments
-Fully-stocked with all cookware / bakeware, kitchen supplies, blender, spice rack, small kitchen appliances, and anything else you should need to make meals for the family.
-Dining table seats 8 with 4 bar seats
Living room:
-Gas log fireplace
-65” smart tv with streaming apps
-plenty of seating for large groups
-board games, throw blankets
Private office with close-able door
-desk
-desk chair
Back patio:
Walk through the dining room to sliding glass door leading to back patio / backyard. Curl up with a blanket and enjoy the quiet, peaceful mornings and evenings.
Gameroom:
The massive 21x18 foot game room features:
-Skiball machine
-Extra large TV with seating for movie nights or gaming
-Streaming apps and PS4 games provided
2nd level:
All four bedrooms are on the 2nd level and all have attached bathrooms
Primary bedroom:
Massive room with ample space for sleeping and seating areas
-65” smart tv
-Luxury, high-end, hybrid mattress (medium firm for all sleeping positions)
-Oversized chaise lounge chairs in large sitting area
-oversized walk in closet with pack n play and extra pillows and blankets
-Oversized, SPA-like bathroom with freestanding tub, large walk-in shower, double vanities stocked with all bathroom amenities. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and bodywash provided.
2nd King Suite:
High end, king-size mattress, plenty of cooling/breathable linens & bedding.
-several pillow types provided for sleeping comfort
-55” smart tv
-large closet,
-room- darkening shades and curtains

Queen bedroom:
-Comfortable, hybrid queen mattress

-Attached Jack n Jill full bathroom shared with bunk room

2 QUEEN bunk beds to comfortably sleep 4 people

Laundry Room:
Brand new, full size washer and dryer
-sink, cabinets and counter top with close-able door.
Guests have access to the entire unit. The property is a duplex shared with the next door unit, which is also a rental. The front yard and backyard are fully fenced but shared with guests if booked on the other side. Both sides can be booked for large parties and full privacy.
We live locally but not on the property so we wont be in person unless needs arise.
