Two Story Condo in Downtown Raleigh | Free Parking

  • Welcome to your perfect Raleigh getaway! This bright and stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is right in the heart of the Warehouse District — meaning you can walk to coffee shops, amazing restaurants, bars, museums, and live music venues. Whether you’re here for a weekend adventure, a work trip, or a family getaway, this spot has everything you need to relax and recharge.

    Sleep in Style

    • Downstairs Bedroom: Cozy queen bed + attached full bath for privacy and convenience.

    • Upstairs Loft: Spacious king bed + queen-sized sleeper sofa (perfect for extra guests or kids!), smart TV, walk-in closet, work desk, and a spa-like bath with a soaking tub + walk-in shower. Blackout curtains give you privacy while still letting you enjoy the airy loft vibe.

    Cook, Sip & Chill

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and all the essentials to whip up a meal (or just brew your morning coffee). Dine at the table or perch at the bar with a glass of wine while someone else cooks.

    Play & Unwind

    • Foosball table for some friendly competition

    • Board games & books for cozy nights in

    • A bar cart & kit to mix up your favorite cocktails

    Open & Airy Living Space

The living room is bright and inviting, with a comfy sofa, smart TV, and plenty of space to kick back after a day exploring Raleigh.

    Easy Comforts

    • Washer & dryer (detergent provided)

    • Iron & ironing board

    • Fresh linens, towels, and bathroom essentials

    • Pack ’n play for little ones

    • Free parking pass for one car

    Walk to Everything

You’ll be steps away from Raleigh’s best:

    • Raleigh Convention Center – 5 min walk

    • Fayetteville Street nightlife – 5 min walk

    • Red Hat Amphitheater – 7 min walk

    • North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences – 10 min walk

    • City Market & coffee shops galore – 10 min walk

    Easy Check-In

No waiting around — you’ll get two codes before arrival (one for the building and one for your private smart lock). Come and go as you please!

    Good to Know:

The upstairs bedroom is a loft that overlooks the living area (but has blackout curtains for privacy). Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM to keep things peaceful for our neighbors.

This is the perfect home base for a weekend in Raleigh — fun, walkable, and designed to make your stay easy and memorable.

Great landing location for us as a first couple nights' stay with our college-bound son to recover from jet lag and get to know Raleigh a little. Walking distance to some quite good restaurants, grocery, and downtown. Everything was easy, including parking (which is general parking, despite the faded spot #s painted in the lot).

Condo is in a fabulous location - walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. The large sectional in the living area was great for our group to hang out on and visit. Would happily stay here again when we are in Raleigh.

Home from Home

We came to the Raleigh Carrie area to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends. We had a great day on Thursday celebrating with our family coming by for Thanksgiving lunch. Our accommodations were very comfortable and in a great location for us to take our afternoon Thanksgiving walk. We look forward to returning to your residence for our next stay.
