Our cozy, well-kept non-smoking apartment is 104 square meters and offers a very well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the south-facing terrace, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with 2 sleeping options and a billiard room with fireplace, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. the apartment also has a guest toilet

Experience nature and culture in the Southern Eifel Nature Park, for this the apartment is the ideal starting point! An extensive network of hiking and biking trails opens up the unique surroundings - the valleys of Sauer, Kyll, Prüm and Nimms, the adventurous sandstone rock landscape of the Ferschweiler plateau and Luxembourg's Little Switzerland. Hike from the Teufelsschlucht to the Irreler waterfalls or through the Butzerbach valley, discover rare animal and plant species, get to know the numerous cultural treasures of the region, Roman villas, castles and baroque castles. The Roman city of Trier, the Luxembourg border town of Echternach, just 11 km away, and the capital, Luxembourg, are worthwhile destinations.
Trier with its diverse sights can be reached in 20 - 30 minutes and Bitburg as well. Luxembourg City can be reached in 40 minutes.
In the adjacent Rosport there is a wonderful adventure playground on the Ralinger reservoir. There is also the possibility of water skiing in the summer months. Canoe tours on the Sauer are a very special experience.
As a border river, the Sauer also offers the opportunity to fish.
In our hunting areas, hunters can hunt by arrangement.
A visit to the dinosaur park and the Teufelsschlucht nature park center is recommended. Various hiking trails invite you to trekking tours in the nearby Mullertal region in Luxembourg.

Excursions to the Moselle and a visit to the summer toboggan run in Riol with evening wine tasting at the winegrower could round off your vacation.
Since there is no shopping facility in Ralingen, purchases should be planned well. In the neighboring towns you will find very good shopping opportunities.
